"The campus in Leuven is another important reason why I recommend the university. Leuven is a beautiful town which is full of history. The university dates back around 600 years and you can see this from the stunning architecture, with historical buildings dotted all around the town. The university also provides some incredible facilities, with great places to socialise, study and do sports. On the weekends, there’s a truly buzzing atmosphere from all the students as they fill the numerous green spaces, cafés and bars. Furthermore, it is small enough so that you can walk everywhere, but it is also well connected to the rest of Europe. Brussels in just 20 minutes away and France, The Netherlands and Germany a couple of hours."
