Coming to FEB on exchange

Visit FEB KU Leuven as a European or non-European exchange student

The Faculty of Economics and Business of the KU Leuven has international exchange agreements with over 60 universities in North & South America, Asia, Africa and Australia and Erasmus partnership agreements with over 135 universtities throughout Europe.

To check whether your university has an agreement with FEB KU Leuven, please contact the Erasmus/International Office at your home university. Your home university will be able to confirm if they have an agreement with FEB and if you are eligible to apply for exchange at FEB KU Leuven.

Nomination & application deadlines

Students should be nominated directly to the Inbound Student Mobility Advisor of their home university.

Once the student is nominated he/she will receive instructions via e-mail on how to complete the application.

  • Semester 1
    • Nomination deadline: 15 April
    • Application deadline: 1 May (including Learning agreement)
  • Semester 2
    • Nomination deadline: 1 October
    • Application deadline: 1 October (including Learning agreement)

Required documents for the application:

  • Photo
  • Copy identity card/passport
  • A Transcript of Records (ToR) in English of all the previous courses/years showing the number of credits you obtained so far. A min. of 60 ECTS credits need to be obtained before July.
  • Learning agreement
  • non-native English speakers: one of the documents listed below as proof of B2 (bachelor) or C1 (master) proficiency in English:
    • result of official test (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.)
    • proof by your university that you are registered for an English-taught programme
    • certificate from your university stating your level in English
