Buddy Programme
To help you find your way around the university, the city and campus, you can request a buddy, a KU Leuven student, a Flemish student or an international student, who will answer all your practical questions. Most of the buddies will also introduce you to Belgian habits and customs.
You can get in touch with your buddy before your arrival by phone, social media, email, etc.!
- In Antwerp the buddy programme is organised by the FEB International Office, contact us if you need a buddy in Antwerp.
- In Brussels the buddy programme is organised by a group of dedicated students & FEB International Office. Register here.
- In Leuven the buddy programme is organised by the Intercultural Meeting Centre Pangaea (Stuvo - Student Services), click here to request a buddy.
Welcome desk @ Brussels Airport
Look out for the KU Leuven banner and desk in the arrivals hall at Brussels Airport on your right hand side, after you have gone through the bagage claim hall.
Students in KU Leuven t-shirts will help you get orientated and guide you to how you need to travel on to your campus.
The welcome desk will be available early September.
