Leadership and Change Management (B)

Organisations face a fast changing world. Existing businesses are challenged as globalisation intensifies competition and new business models disrupt their industries. Change and flexibility are essential for both the current dynamic business environment and society. As this can be a very complicated management issue, leadership is key in addressing organisational change. The Leadership and Change Management track helps you to develop your leadership potential and understanding of the challenges, success factors, and techniques associated with initiating, deciding and implementing change in organisations within a context of multiple stakeholders.
