“In my Master’s degree, I was looking forward towards not only obtaining robust training in economics but also exploring new possibilities as part of the selection of majors available to students. The programmes that I was a part of at KU Leuven definitely met my expectations, and more. The Economics Department is leading in the field and retains distinguished professors and researchers in their respective fields. As I finish my second degree in Advanced Studies in Economics, I have already found the programmes to be rigorous, challenging, and certainly rewarding in their achievement.”

“The KU Leuven experience, however, is not limited to an excellent education. It also extends to a rich student life, and ample resources for professional and academic guidance. From the start of the academic year, students are encouraged to seek guidance on their careers with multiple centres that offer general and specific advice on inspecting different career paths, developing your profile, as well as networking. Networking events are always available for students year-round. Similarly, the university provides constant student support and guidance whether for succeeding academically or finding the right path for your studies. Moreover, student life is one of the most rewarding aspects of  being a KU Leuven student with a vibrant and welcoming community of international and local students. The relationships I made here as I went through my studies enriched my time here, and I am hopeful these relationships will last beyond my stay at KU Leuven.”
