When will I get my exam results?

Exam period 1 (EP1): Friday 9 February 2024
Exam period 2 (EP2): Wednesday 3 July 2024
Exam period 3 (EP3): Friday 13 September 2024

EP1, EP2 and EP3: between 2 pm and 6 pm

  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • Master of Business Administration
  • Preparatory programme: Master of Business Administration
  • Bridging programme: Master of Business Administration

 

 

EP1, EP2 and EP3: between 4 pm and 8 pm

  • Preparatory programme: Master of International Business Economics and Management
  • Master of International Business Economics and Management
     

EP1 and EP2: between 5 pm and 9 pm

  • Master of Management Engineering (EP3: between 4.30 pm and 8.30 pm)
     

EP1 and EP2 : between 6.30 pm and 10.30 pm

  • Bachelor of Business Engineering (EP3: between 5.45 pm and 9.45 pm)

EP1 and EP2: between 6 pm and 10 pm 

  • Exchange programmes (EP3: between 5.15 pm and 9.15 pm)
  • Credit contracts (EP3: between 5.15 pm and 9.15 pm)

 

I can't see (all of) my exam results. What can I do?

When you do not see your examination results in your Study Progress File, but you have received an email regarding the announcement of the examination results, you can contact the Education and Student Administration. You can also reach them by phone.

Even if only part of your results can be seen, or if your results were first visible but then disappeared again, you can still contact the service.

With whom can I review and discuss my exam results?​​​​​

For a general review of your results, please contact the study career consultants. These discussions are always by appointment. You can find the contact details of the various study career consultants here.

 

Can I view my exams?

With the lecturer of each course separately (subject to the availability of the lecturer):

  • Exam period 1 (January 2024): More information about the organization of the feedback sessions (Monday the 12th of February 2024 up and till the 16th of February 2024) will be available on the Toledo page of each course from Saturday the 27th of January 2024. 
  • Exam period 2 (June 2024): More information about the organization of the feedback sessions (Thursday the 4th of July 2024 up and till the 10th of July 2024) will be available on the Toledo page of each course.
  • Exam period 3 (September 2024): More information about the organization of the feedback sessions (Monday the 16th of September 2024 up and till the 20th of September 2024) will be available on the Toledo page of each course.

 

Deliberation and tolerance

1. I do not want the Examination Committee to use deliberation credits

According to Art. 91bis§5 of the Regulations on Education and Examinations, you can ask not to be deliberated for a course you did not pass. In practice, the Examination Committee can use deliberation credits to allow you to pass a failed course if you meet certain conditions. 

What do I need to do ?
You can use this form to indicate that you do not wish to be deliberated. Fill it out carefully and send it to the faculty via sa.brussel@kuleuven.be within 5 calender days after the announcement of the exam results.

2. I do not want the Examination Committee to use tolerance credits

According to  Art. 91§3 of the Regulations on Education and Examinations, you can let it be known that you do not want the Examination Committee to use tolerance credits. In practice, the Examination Committee can decide to do this if it allows you to pass the programme. 

What do I need to do ?
With this form you can indicate that you do not want the Examination Committee to use tolerance credits. Fill it out carefully and send it to the faculty via sa.brussel@kuleuven.be within 5 calender days after the announcement of the exam results.

3.  I want to resit a course for which I previously used tolerance credits or that was deliberated by the Examination Committee

According to Art. 90§3 of the Regulations on Education and Examinations, you can retake a course for which you used tolerance credits or that was deliberated by the Examination Committee, on the condition that your individual study programme enables you to graduate. This after a well-founded request and with the approval of the faculty.  

What do I need to do ?
With this form you can indicate that you do not want the Examination Committee to use tolerance credits. Fill it out carefully and send it to the faculty via sa.brussel@kuleuven.be within 5 calender days after the announcement of the exam results.
